Payment and Cancellation Policy
New students, please read and sign below.
For students returning in the fall, please reread and sign below as well.
I request payment for the coming month, by the last lesson of each month via Paypal, Venmo, cash or check. If that lesson is missed due to holiday or cancelation, please remember to send payment. If you are using Paypal, I prefer that you select friends and family so that I am not charged. A late fee of $35 is charged for payments past the 1st.
For summer lessons, I ask for all lessons to be scheduled and paid for in advance.
45 minutes: $60
1 hour: $75
30 minutes: $45
Add a friend or sibling: $10 each
I know that things come up and I want to be able to accommodate you when they do! If you can let me know you will be missing your lesson by 8am on the day of the lesson, we can find a time to make up your lesson. After 30 days, that lesson is forfeited. After 8am, I cannot offer a makeup. One unscheduled cancellation each month can be made up within 30 days. Additional cancellations in the same month are paid for.
If you are aware of a school holiday, vacation, or other time conflict, you may cancel that lesson without charge if done so before the 1st of the month. Please double check your calendars when making your payment for the coming month.
If I cancel our lesson, I will find a time for us to make it up within 30 days. If we can't find a time, I will credit the lesson.
If you are considering putting lessons on hold or discontinuing, I ask for 2 weeks notice and any remaining paid lessons cannot be refunded.
